REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
Recomp Health offers two paid services, both owned and operated directly by Recomp Health: the Recomp AI subscription and Founder Mentorship.
2. Recomp AI Subscription
Monthly plan: Generally non-refundable once a billing period commences. New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first payment if the platform has not been substantially used. Contact support@recomphealth.org within 7 days.
Annual plan: Full refund within 14 days of first annual payment. Non-refundable after 14 days, though access continues for the full year.
3. Founder Mentorship
Monthly fee NZD $174.99. Non-refundable once commenced. Where no response has been received to your first message within 7 days, a full refund may be requested within that window.
4. Cancellation
Cancel any subscription at any time via the platform settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. No penalties, no lock-in.
5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. If Recomp Health fails to deliver services with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under NZ consumer law.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@recomphealth.org with: your name, account email, the service, charge date, and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and complete review within 5 business days.
